Added the Housing Specialist filter option to the In Process tab of the Certifications screen, which improves the performance of the Certification Search. If you are designated as a Housing Specialist, it defaults to your user name, showing you your own certifications. You can also search by any Housing Specialist or search for all certifications. Added the HERA Income Limit Setup screen, for Tax Credit properties, now available under ORC Setup in the Home menu. Case: 12007

Updates:
Fixed the following bug on certifications for MultiFamily (TRACS) tenants: When finalizing a certification that had previously been finalized and then reopened, the system incorrectly created a duplicate Unit record for the household and a duplicate Tenant History record for the unit. Case: 12058
Fixed a bug, after reopening a certification for correction, where various Form 50059 fields failed to save changes. Case: 12217
Fixed a bug on the MultiFamily Gross Rent Change Wizard, where the wizard could sometimes attempt incorrectly to update a voided certification. In turn, this would cause an error in the wizard. Case: 12204
Fixed a bug on MultiFamily (TRACS) voucher adjustments, for Unit Transfers, Move-Outs and Terminations, where the adjustment end date was set incorrectly to the day before the voucher date. Cases: 12192 and 12194
Fixed a bug on MultiFamily (TRACS) voucher adjustments for Move-Ins, where the adjustment period would have an extra month if the adjustment had a start date on the first day of a month and an end date on the last day of the same month. Case: 12190
Fixed a database locking issue that could sometimes cause an error when executing a HAP contract for a portability tenant. Case: 12199
Fixed an issue where the SSN was not masked correctly on the confirmation page of the Section 8 Issue Voucher wizard. Case: 12200
Fixed a bug that could sometimes cause an "Effective Date" error when reinstating a HAP contract. Case: 12196
Fixed a bug that could sometimes cause an error ("can not directly save a child object") when making a change of unit during an Interim or Annual Certification for a Section 8 tenant. Case: 12252
